BRITTANY, NORMANDY, THE NORTHWEST IN THE BOTTLE

One grandmother from the Normandy, one grandfather from the Bretagne, these are the two regions in which Jean Marie grew up. Memories of collecting mushrooms, picking wild blackberries and homemade marmalade… I want to honor the native and traditional kitchen with these receipts of “vinaigrette bretonnes-normade” and enable everybody to life a moment of individual memorization.
