THE FLAVORS OF BOURGOGNE-FRANCHE-COMTÉ

Some years ago, the little village in the Haute-Saune and therefore the whole region of Bourgogne Franche Comté became my home. The nature with its fields of red poppy and its various products inspires me everyday again.

One of my goals was to accentuate all these characteristic tastes and aromas of the Franche-Comté in this range of vinegars. With the requirement to only process ingredients from local partners and consequently offer you a 100% vinegar of the Franche Comté.
