What makes the San Martin vinegars so unique?
We prepare our vinegars only from natural components. The richness of taste is the result of unique combination of pure fruit pulp with extracts of green walnuts and elderflower and spices. Our vinegars are great addition to every dish, from appetizers to desserts.

Made of fresh fruits and vegetables with vinegar, spices and sugar, chutneys are great accompaniment for dishes, both meat and vegetarian. They may be also used simply as a dip. Spicy and intensive, fresh and fruity or creamy and delicate - there are many flavors in our chutney collection.
Green walnuts are just the unripe walnuts - they collected usually in the two first weeks of June, before the shell is formed. After the laborious preparation, they are cooked for a many hours with vinegar, sugar and spices. Their taste is surprising, rich and unique. They fit perfectly with cheese, pate and foie gras.
